Description:
Plavac mali extra from 2011 is a premium, dry red wine of dark red, up to ruby color. It has a good structure with a dominant sweet note of burnt wood barrel, followed by dark fruit and dry, leafy spice. The wine has a modern flair with well-blended earthy components, it is dry and delicious with a range of fine tannins.
Gastro Recommendation:
Plavac mali extra Terra Madre is recommended with meat dishes and local specialties of Dalmatian cuisine. It is served at a temperature of 16 to 18 degrees.
