Plavac mali EKO

Plavac mali EKO harvest 2021 comes from organically grown grapes from the Komarna vineyards. is the holder of the certified ECO product label. Dry red wine light and drinkable even in summer. Grape harvest takes place in mid-September with the aim of obtaining medium-bodied wine (13-14% vol.), And grape selection is already done in the vineyard (average yield 0.7-1 kg per vine). Processing and fermentation take place exclusively in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25-30 C with indigenous yeasts. After fermentation and MLF, the wine is aged for 10 months in stainless steel barrels, followed by bottling and aging in the bottle for 10-12 months.
Served at a temperature of 16-18 degrees, light to ruby red, its mild bitterness and pronounced fruitiness, suggest that this plavac mali from Komarna is ideal for evening refreshment with a meat or fish party snack.
