The reason for ecological production was the state of 2009. The area we started preparing for planting was covered with forests and low vegetation and no processing was done on it. Just off the road and yet close enough to the sea, the ever-blowing wind is ideal for ecologically growing vineyards. When treating soil does not use herbicides, the vast majority of jobs are done manually or with the help of mechanization adapted for this purpose. Soil is treated exclusively by certified organic fertilizers, and the sole is treated solely with copper and sulfur. In the production of wine, indigenous yeasts are used which are sufficient in view of the ecological conditions of vineyard processing. Since our very beginnings, our vineyards have been tested by the competent institutions in order to obtain an ecological sign. Finally, the 2013 harvest carries an ecological sign on it.
